Is the transfer private?
Yes. Your requested transfer is exclusively for your group, between the pickup and destination agreed in your confirmation.
Is the displayed price final?
Yes. Prices are fixed per vehicle and journey and include VAT. Only the extras you add are charged on top, at the published rates.
How are return journeys priced?
Book both journeys together to receive 15% off the return transfer fare. Supplements are charged in full for each journey. A separately booked return uses the normal fare. Include both dates and times.
Where do I meet my driver?
Your driver waits at the arrivals exit of the terminal with a sign showing your name. We send the exact meeting details with your confirmation. Include your flight number and a contact phone number so we can coordinate your airport arrival.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight, so your pickup follows the real landing time. Waiting is free for 60 minutes from the moment your plane actually lands. If anything changes, let us know by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I request child seats or carry a bicycle?
Enter the quantities in the request form: bicycles €5 each, golf bags €2.50 each and trailers €50 each, per journey. These supplements are added to the price. Tell us the children’s ages and any other luggage needs; availability and space are confirmed before booking.
Does sending a request confirm my booking?
No. It only sends an enquiry. There is no prepayment: you pay on the day of your transfer, by card or cash. Your booking is confirmed once we have checked availability for your date.
Can I change or cancel a journey?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your transfer. Later cancellations are charged at 50%, and no-shows at 100%. For any change, contact us with your booking details.
